If your place of domicile is Pori, you can make an appointment via online reservation system for following services:
- nurse for urgent matters (for example the flu)
- public health nurse for vaccinations and injections
- periodic checkups for children aged 2-6 years in child health clinic
- womens health screenings based on the received invitation
- periodic checkups in school and student heath care
You need personal bank identifiers, mobile sertificate or certificate card to use the online reservation system.
In urgent matters during evenings, nights and weekends please contact the Emergency Services.
Your local health center is the first place to visit in all cases of illness. You can visit a health center for example when having flu symptoms, a sore throat, sinus symptoms, eye infection symptoms, pain in the ear, allergy symptoms, back pain, gynecological problems, rashes, headache or stomach ache, wounds or other minor injuries and in need of vaccinations or removal of stitches.
If your place of domicile is Pori, you have been assigned a local health center close to your home. You may also choose another health center as your local health center, regardless of whether you live in or outside Pori. The area of services has been divided into three zones. You can check the zone you belong to from the map below.
To get access to laboratory tests you must have a referral from a health clinic doctor (not a private or occupational healthcare doctor) and an appointment.
