New Covid-19 restrictions to take place in Pori from 24th December onwards – premises to be closed and events cancelled

Based on the most recent ruling by the Regional State Administrative Agency Southwestern Finland (AVI), more Covid-19 restrictions will commence in Pori from 24th December onwards. New restrictions will include cancelling all public events and closing down several city-operated premises.

Covid-19 passport widely in use in the City of Pori

The City of Pori will have Covid-19 passports widely in use in its services and public events starting from 10th of December 2021. The passport will be required in indoor sporting and leisure venues, museums and public events organised by the city.

Pori will open swimming halls and gyms on 18 January - new restrictions valid until 28 January

Regional State Administrative Agency Southwestern Finland (AVI) has made a new ruling on the 14th of January. It will continue to forbid any public events both indoors and outdoors. The new ruling does allow opening some venues used for individual sports. Restrictions in Satakunta and in Pori will continue until 28 January.
